THE PROJECT OVERVIEW

WEWE NDO FUTURE

Higher Students’ Loans Board needed a way to heighten its loan recollection rate. …And we could only relate to one thing. While financial instabilities were one thing, the free will to repay debts had always been the biggest challenge when it came to realign off-track borrowers. Assisting HESLB change people’s perspectives through this campaign was a moment that could not get more exciting.

OVERVIEW

Challenges and
Project overview

With rapidly shifting technology, regulations, and demographics, offering loans to higher education students has been the easiest task while the collection part has been facing a whole lot of challenges. In today’s highly mobile society, debtors are more difficult to locate than ever before

And in spite of the fact that there is a surplus of information available on solitary debtors, it can be nearly impossible to effectively sort through them all; with the fact that loans beneficiaries are not motivated enough to voluntarily come out and repay their debts.

HOW WE GO ABOUT

The Approach and
how we go about

With  #Wewendofuture campaign, we aimed at arousing a sense of responsibility from an emotional viewpoint to beneficiaries,  who (in any way) are earning enough to start bringing their loan count down to zero, at the pace they could keep, long term.

Behavioral change

Through #wewendofuture animated contents, we worked to drive a message home that every choice a beneficiary made would either ruin or build futures of the coming generations, theirs included.

Rethinking HESLB Value proposition

That every collection counted and it was invested for a million futures to come.
