IAA NEXT LEVO CAMPAIGN

IAA needed to grow its reputation, digital conversation, and conversion. We chose the #NextLevo path. We did not want to make it entirely about IAA but rather, what would connect students to IAA. An interesting observation we made was Next Level Dreams needed Next Level Curriculum/Approaches, Next Level Facilities/Studying Environment, Next Level Partnerships, Next Level Teachers/ Advisors, and Next Level Leadership, of course. And Boom! From 12000% digital prints, IAA registered 23% more students and 813+ organic conversations through #IAANextLevo.

If you were asked to choose a university, what would come to your mind first? Big names? IAA is one of those? With that kind of phobia most great universities (yet not having historical advantages) suffers low brand reputation, fewer enrollments, and low Student/Staff satisfaction and motivation; even worse in the long-term business turbulences (leading to closing some campuses).

IAA is amongst few universities with entrepreneurship incubation hubs and active innovation support programs where all students, equally, fully engage. IAA has partnerships with giant tech companies such as Huawei to improve digital approached to learning, with TFF to merge sports and academics, with Tanzania Postal Bank to facilitate banking practical learning, with short term programs that complement key; just to mention a few. Our assignment was to make sure IAA gets the right candidates, who had the right information/reputation of the university and who want to get their dreams right. 

And the clock was ticking….

The Approach and
how we go about

In a world where brands influence the way, we make decisions. Needless to mention, all the decisions that would impact our futures, not barring Career paths. And this is the moment we realize there could be more details to work on, as we make these kinds of decisions rather than what’s accessible the moment

With #IAANextLevo, WE chose a different path; We made it not about the University one would want to attend, but more about the person and their dreams and knowing the need for them to realize them on different whole #NextLevels. And it was all about meeting an institution that understands, that have leadership approaches, and infrastructures in place to support those dreams.

Content marketing

We had to sell the #IAANextLevo concept, to the internal team (to understand and deliver it), to IAA students (take pride in it), and prospect students/parents (to drive them to choose IAA). Content-wise, Videos of students speaking of their #Next Level Dreams, Staff selling Next Level courses, resources, facilities, and Leaders facilitating Next Level Visions. We incorporated lifestyle images to connect people to the #IAANextlevo Culture that had then become the new norm.

Clear and concise call to action

We redesigned the posters to give it an appealing look creative design to redesign IAA

Perception

our target had to realize their dreams are not ordinary dreams. They were onto the next levels of greatness.

Customer Centricity

If they wanted dreams realized on the next level heights, IAA was their right next stop.

Value proposition

What IAA had to Offer; Next Level courses, Next Level Facilities, Next Level Environment, and Next Level Curriculums, within achievable timelines.
